Rear Subframe failure

I’d like to get responses from the collective regarding subframe/seat structure failures.

I think only @TCMB371 has cracked his a little in a wreck, but it was still usable.

BTW, Alta calls it "Rear Bulkhead" or RBH.

I had the below crash my first race day on the bike resulting in a hairline crack spanning about 4 inches near the top left subframe mount. The bike was still rideable for about 2-3 months afterwards.

BTW, Alta calls it "Rear Bulkhead" or RBH.

The RBH is the aluminum casting that contains the motor, inverter, and gearbox (and the tabs for the rear brake that break when you crash it). The plastic part is the subframe.
