What's the lowdown on the riveted master link?
Is it ok to reuse as long as I peen the pins with tool?
Will a standard DID 520 master link fit?
Can get any 520 rivet link or must get same brand/model?

I have zero experience with rivet style master links.
The oem chain is: RK MXU UW-ring Gold 520.
These should be the correct clip style master link:

You should change to one of these or widen the stock Chain guide if you go with the clip-on. It will make a lot of noise and could knocked off the clip if you push the bike backwards. F-ing expensive though.

This is the correct master link rivet style only place I could find them was here great company shipped out same day had a set of them at my front door within a couple days.. just make sure you choose the rivet option. Personally, I would never use a clip on master link especially on a varg with all the torque and power that they would pop off right away. And like the previous member stated with the chain guide it’s a nope for me lol. That’s why they only uses rivited from the factory.
