I am replacing my 48 AER fork seals with SKF. Local shop did not have a fork seal driver so I came up with this DIY driver:
Scrap piece of 2in tubing, cut down the middle, cut out ~1/4 notch from opposite sides flip and do the same from other side, wrap with tape and cut only one side, put a bit of taper on the seal side with sandpaper. Notches and tape help keep it together while sliding down the stanchion. Took about 15 minutes, fits perfectly and works great.
