Should I buy this bike or stay away?

C36 error
Bike looks clean
Wants $4k.
Seller claims the bike runs fine, has good range. Not sure what good range means and it's February in New England cold AF and I won't be riding it much for a few months.
I'm supposed to look at it tomorrow morning. I've got a fairly decent level of knowledge as far as batteries go but I've never dealt with these bikes before and I'm wondering if it's even worth it.
Should I even bother?

Thanks, Where do you get a module and how much do they typically cost? I've been trying to see if they're available but have found none online.

You wont find modules per say online. I have stocks of modules available.
