Another problem, In the sub frame one of the threaded inserts/ riv nut/bollof/ nutsert kind of thing is spinning with a bolt stuck in it. No surprise as it is a round one, most gave up on these 20 years ago and used hexagon ones instead to stop them spinning especially as it is in soft aluminum. All the bolts were checked for undamaged thread and torqued to the correct settings when refitted.
Anyone else had this problem?
My bike is quite an early one late 700's vin are stark still using round inserts in the later bikes or have they gone over to the hexagon inserts?
