stark varg ex supermotard

I'd like to convert my Stark Varg EX to a supermotard when I receive it.
It would be for street use.
What parts do I need?
How many teeth does the included sprocket have? I've seen that they recommend 47. Would it be necessary to put on another chain, or would simply tightening it be enough?

I would use the stock EX sprocket (and therefore the stock configured chain), the motor won't know the difference and they will work fine. Warp9 wheels will work with the new wheel spacers & axles so you won't need to change anything. You'll use the original levers & master cylinders, too, but you will need to install the warp9 front disk & caliper bracket that comes with the warp9 wheels. Also, trim the plastic fork tube guards a wee bit to prevent interference with the tire. I discussed this with a Stark representative when the EX was first made public.

I talk to warp 9 about supermoto wheel build and they said me this: "Regarding your question about the Stark Varg EX, we currently do not have specific fitment information for that model since it hasn't been officially released yet. While we believe the fitment should be similar to the motocross version, we cannot guarantee it at this time."

I think is the same for the MX so we shouldnt had fitment problems with the EX, i will order the wheels when my bike arrived.

My concern is that i dont know if i should do tubeless or not, tubeless is okey but i dont want to change the liquid every 2/3 months

I run a 15t/45t sprocket combo when I use my SM wheels. Be aware that the chain guides will wear quicker when you run smaller rear sprockets.

thank you for the answer my friend. Top speed it's very important to me with the supermoto set up, have you try your top speed with the 15/45? i'm thinking for a 14/40 set up, maybe i can reach 100mp/h or 160km/h... definitely 17 inch wheels cuts the top speed

No, I have not pulled any high-speed runs on my 17/17 setup yet. I had barely gotten those wheels all fitted up perfectly and then my new 18/21 dirt wheels arrived, so I switched over to them.

The thing is, apparently the EX model, which is the one I just bought, comes in a 12-tooth size, and Stark Future doesn't currently sell 14 or 15-tooth sizes online, only for the MX model. But I'll find a solution and try to use 15/40. I don't mind if the rubber on the chain guide wears out sooner; they sell them online for 25 euros. If you do any top speed tests, I'd really appreciate it if you could let me know. Thanks, friend.

Hmmmm, you say that Stark only offers... a "12-tooth size", for the OEM spec' EX version front sprocket? That's very interesting. For the Varg Alpha 80, all I ever saw offered by Stark was 13, 14, & 15 tooth versions. Of which I have them all. Currently I run 13t front and 49t rear (note: KTM sprockets work for both front and rear of the 2024 Varg Alpha) with 140/80-18 rear tires and 90/90-21 front tires. I would think (or guess) that Stark kept the drivetrain interface the same for 2025 EX and MX versions, but cannot confirm because I will not buy a new EX.
