Do you have the VIN number. That will probably be the only way to recognize it.

I have been putting Tile GPS locators on the Alta and a few other things. You have to replace them and or change the batteries every 6-8 months but at least you have a chance to locate your stolen bike.

I know this doesn’t help you find this bike, but maybe others might consider putting GPS locators on there bikes as a form of security.
