Stuck at 1.2kw on Stark charge!

New update limits us to 3.3kw and 1.1kw on slow. Set to 3.3kw and battery at 60% and getting 1.2kw max. Just had a meldown due to loose wire in connector (should have heeded the warnings) so not sure if update or that near fire is the issue.(edited)

Turn the app of and on and the charging to slow and fast again.

Thanks. Still topping out at 1.3kw after latest update and many power cycles. Will try few more things and try swapping chargers with another Stark. Stay tuned!

Are you charging on 120v or 240v?

Ok, well I don’t think you will ever get much over 1.3kw on 120v since that is about 11amps.
So if you want more, you MUST be on 240v, and NOT on SLOW.
The charger can draw up to 3.3kw on 240v, so if you cut the voltage in half, you’re cutting the power by a little more than half.
Also, the displayed power may be what is going into the bike (not the power drawn from grid to charger) after some loss to heat.
If you still can’t get more power, I would contact Stark.
