The big Stark Varg supermoto information topic

I got mine set up over the weekend but I need some things clarified please. I tried mounting a 15 tooth counter shaft sprocket but it wouldn't clear the swing arm buffer. It rubs where the buffer wraps around the front of the swing arm. Do I have to remove some of the buffer?
The front brake caliper relocating bracket rubbed on the thicker (4MM) rotor. I had to file some material off of it and shim it off of the rotor. Is this normal for all relocating brackets? Or is it because I bought a cheap one off Ebay? Thanks in advance.

The 15 tooth sprocket will self-clearence the slider pretty quickly. The brake brackets are usually very tight fit, I have VMX kit and only had to shorten the mouting screws a few mm and there is no clearence between the rotor and bracket but it fits

The 15t cleared once the guard is removed and installed at the same time.

Yes the stock front brake disc is thinner than the 320 brake disc which I got for SM so i moved the whole wheel 1mm away with a thin spacer, I'll remove material from the brake caliper adapter eventually.
