I find my phone often looses blue tooth connection to my Varg. Here’s how to fix thatk
  1. To reset phone, hold power button down until screen shows up to restart phone
  2. To reset stark, turn power off. Hold two silver buttons until blue light flashes
  3. Turn on Stark until green light turns on
  4. Turn on phone

This is about the one and only problem I have with my Stark, it loses connection between the phone and bike.
I have done your steps as a last resort which is rarely necessary for me.
Most of the time, I just hit the small button on the side of the phone to blank the screen, and the push the same button again, and connection is restored.
You can push that button without removing the phone.

How often does this problem happen? Quite often or once in a blue moon? Does it work without issue for some customers (rarely or never gives problems) but other customers have frequent issues with it? I would appreciate if people would take the time to respond.

I want to say it happens to me approximately once per riding adventure, but it could be slightly more or less often, as it isn't a huge problem, and I have become accustomed to noticing if the speed is not changing, it needs to be touched.
In the latest YouTube interview with Enforcer Enduro, Anton Wass mentioned that the Varg EX phone has a more stable connection, and was one reason for changing the phone.

In 49 hours, I remember for sure that It's happened 3 times but I have a vague memory of it happening other times, too, like maybe it wasn't 3, more likely 5 or 6 in total. Usually, I re-established the connection by doing things like closing and opening the app or doing a hard shut down of the bike and then restarting it.

This happen often for me. Usually when the bike is sitting for a while and I charge the phone with a cable. This bike is like my stupid work computer. If I don't restart it everyday, it flippen bogs down, looses connections, locks up, etc. Android/Stark acts like a microsoft product.

I use to just push on the foam frame around the phone docking station until I must have pushed the on/off button and some other button the same time and the flippen phone went into a calibration mode. It was stuck in that mode until I did hard reset. Confused the crap out of me. So now I always take the phone out of the docking station to start it.
