Question for you DIY people.
I'm considering building a classic cafe and converting it to using something like a Surron/Talaria etc as the base for all hard and software. New these seem to be at the same price point as parts needed to home brew.
Question is: Am I missing something with the costs?
Not seen someone do this before, and can't really figure out why.
