It took a couple of months to arrive, but I got my Green Sticker from the CA DMV for my Varg. I bought the bike online and had it shipped to my house by Stark, and they did the paperwork. I'm sure everyone knows the Varg can be Green Sticker registered in CA, but just want to share my experience.

I just got an email from Ekho dealer today stating they messed up my POA paperwork again. This is the third time I’ve had to fill out the forms and mail them to them. What a terrible experience.

Mine is still stuck(DMV HOLD) with DMV Headquarters Technical Compliance Department, I've been calling them every week for them to get back to me.
Currently I have a DMV Case# that they are using to track the case. The DMV ladies that I've talked to via phone have been all very helpful, the last call this week, they mentioned something about getting approved by the California Air Resources(Certificate? The Stark Varq is being registered as offroad and it's electric!.
The field support division have been trying to get the Techinical Compliance department to tell us "why" it's on hold.
Shhesh. It's Electric man..
I should have gone with the DirtLegal route..

Ugh, this doesn't sound good. But, at least when my bike finally arrives it's not going to be my daily transportation. A little over a year ago I bought a Polestar P2 out of state, and when I went to the local DMV they wouldn't process paperwork for my registration because I didn't have a recent SMOG certificate. Try telling a CA DMV employee that your car doesn't need something that they just told it had to have.

Did you have to get a "vin verification"?

I finally got my green sticker two weeks ago and the title showed up today. It took almost 7 months. Hopefully they have everything worked out better now.
That's a bit of a drag. I'm just at 2 months and haven't seen or heard any updates, but it's good to know you finally got a green sticker AND a real CA title. So far I haven't had any grief from BLM rangers or anybody else, and I don't plan on selling anytime soon, so I can wait it out.

Well the Communists at the California DMV revoked my Varg green sticker. Ekho Dealer refunded my money and are "working on it". The freaking motorcycle is powered by electrons... Come on people... What are we going to do next? Burn down Tesla dealers??? This state sucks.

Well that's interesting, I guess I'll just wait and see if I get a similar notice. It wouldn't be the first time that CA DMV will have done that to me. I purchased an Aprilia SXV550, had it for 3 months. It was inspected by local DMV, plated, insured, all legal paperwork was done. Then I received a pretty nasty notice from DMV Sacramento to surrender my plates immediately and that my VIN was blacklisted and could not be re-sold in the state of California. CA apparently didn't like the homologation paperwork that Aprilia submitted for this new model.
