The stark varg charger keeps showing a blue light after plugging it in, and the phone also shows that the bike is charging. But actually there is no charge at all. I tried for two days but no power came in. The charger's fan doesn't work either. But the lights will come on. Has anyone encountered this problem? How to solve the problem? Please help me!!!

Contact Stark support via their website.
They generally reply the next day.
Or, if you have a dealer nearby, ask them for help.

Thanks for your reply!! I will take a picture of the charger sideways and send it to you tomorrow. I have contacted Stark customer service. They said it might be a problem with the charger. They told me to take it to the dealer or have the charger diagnosed. I installed the front brake on the left lever and installed it backwards loll The phone fell when I was unpacking the box. The vehicle was purchased in November

This is going to sound dumb, but do you have your sliders turned down below the level of your battery?

For instance, if your SOC is 70% but you have max charge set up 50%, it'll give you all of the indications that it's supposed be charging, but no draw and solid lights, and the display saying it's charging, except no input.

It just won't charge. I've tried adjusting the charging speed and Limit but it doesn't work. It just says charging. But the charger fan doesn't work at all. It's only at 6% now. I'm still waiting for a response from the dealer

Did you also try different outlets? I mean, not trying to sound offensive, but mine has wrapped me up a couple of times with something as silly as the wrong settings or the breaker popped and it just sits there. No fans, no nothing. Says charging on the screen.

I love that this bike gives you a little more information to mess with, but agree, it's not always foolproof. The alta was dead stupid easy to figure out. No fan, no charge period. It have you error codes. The Stark does not.

I had the exact same problem when I first got my bike and it turned out to be the charging unit. I dealt directly with Stark and had a new charger in week. I hear of nightmares when problems are handled through the dealer and taking months to get resolved. Good luck
