It looks like Stark organized a multi-day ride for the media.
Eddi Karlson was there to keep them humble.

This one is in Italian, but it has [dreadful] English dub or you can use auto-translate subtitles.

Interview with the Federico Fantini. CEO of Stark Future Italia

[in Italian, auto translate is ok]

I'm listening bit by bit when I find time, will post if anything interesting is mentioned.

Edit:
It's the usual corporate spiel. Nothing technical or any insider perspective.

MXtest tested the EX for 3 months, they love it, but honestly the vid is simply beautifully produced.

Bonus points: at 16' you can see the power curve used by Stark official enduro rider in France

That yt fella lives between me and my dealer. Spoke to the dealer today: the portable charger is not available yet. When you receive your newly delivered SM, it will come with the charging stand. As soon as the portable charger is available, they'll send it to you free of cost - and you get to keep the charging stand.

That’s great! Do you know if paperwork to make it street legal comes with the bike?

Here, the Stark EX and SM come with a CoC (Certificate of Conformance), you'd ask your preferred insurer to insure your bike, bring the CoC to the Registration office, and off you go.

Love this video, they are taking things very seriously
That Christopher Nolan action thriller could have been an email.

It's possible there is some actual truth in it.
You mentioned in your thread that you had good support from a certain Benjamin.
Well, if it is the same person I dealt with in May then it's a complete transformation, and that's the most polite way I can put it.

as far as i know there are a minimun of 5 guys named Benjamin working for Stark, dont know if we are talking about the same one

That video sounds like every startup going through huge growth.

Balancing getting new customers with supporting existing customers is just hard but not doing it builds up what I'd call customer debt - the overhang of pissed off people that kills your brand. So good to see Stark admitting their problems and resetting their priorities.

Now that they've improved customer service, can they improve the reliability of the bikes? Coz I understand their defect rate is way higher than it should be - certainly I know too many Stark owners who have major component failures.
