VARG EX - Front Brake Switch

Hi Gents, running into an issue with my brake lights constantly being on. When I unplug the front brake switch(behind the head light and under the display), the rear lights dim to running lights and the rear brake pedal (when pressed) will engage the brake lights. I believe I've identified the root cause to be the front brake sensor. Here's a picture, clearly showing there's no contact with the front brake lever and switch, thus the reason the lights are constantly on when it's plugged in.





Anyone with an EX that can snap a picture of their front brake switch? Just want to ensure I am not incorrectly diagnosing the root cause.

You're missing the tiny pin.
Mine has broken out of the left hand rear brake as well. Since new from the dealer.

Thank you for calling that out. I knew it was missing something, but when you said that, I went back to my box of OEM parts that were never installed. The rear hand brake lever, which had the switch and the pin you mentioned. It confirms I was not crazy.
