Varg EX rear subframe issue

I have had my EX a couple of months and probably have about 70 miles on it....today i noticed the rear subframe is bent seriously to the right if looking from the rear.This bike has not been wrecked, layed down or dropped. I cant help but think when i grab it with my right hand and put it on the stand im pulling it that way...its really twisted over.....anyone else had issues with this?

It is reported that subframe is very soft. You should contact dealer/Stark for a claim.

Since it's so soft it can be straightened. Here's an attempt of repair.
