I ordered my Stark EX with soft suspension. But when I got it and tested it for the first time, it seemed too stiff to me.

There is а document from stark (in attachments) for identification of the Varg suspension. But I did not find such a document for EX. I asked SAM )) about this. The answer was this:

To identify the suspension springs on your Stark VARG EX, you can look for specific markings or identifiers on the suspension components:

Forks

  • Identification Letter:The forks have a letter on the left fork foot that indicates the spring rate:
    • H = 4.4 N/mm (65-75 kg) - Soft
    • J = 4.6 N/mm (75-90 kg) - Medium
    • K = 4.8 N/mm (90-100 kg) - Hard

Shock

  • Identification Letter:The shock has a letter on the bottom bracket that indicates the spring rate:
    • H = 46 N/mm (65-75 kg) - Soft
    • J = 48 N/mm (75-90 kg) - Medium
    • K = 50 N/mm (90-100 kg) - Hard
These identifiers will help you determine the spring rate and whether your suspension is set up for soft, medium, or hard settings. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to ask.

I decided to check what letters are on my bike. To my surprise, they were the letters C and F, and not the ones Sam told me, moreover NOT EX, but the first generation Varg!
Question for EX owners. What letters are on your bikes???
