Numbers of units sold in Italy and Spain would be interesting to know.
Germany making 50% doesn't ring true, I must admit.

Do you have the numbers of units sold of Beta, Sherco, TM and other small manufacturers since the Varg came to the market?
Those are the customers Stark is pulling away. KTM is a special case because of their size and current crisis.

Speaking of Stark numbers,
Do you think they number their support tickets sequentially?
"Your reference number is 89642."
That's a lot of emails.
Maybe we should send them a gift card for a relaxing spa when they hit the 100.00 ticket.
I think most of the emails are from people asking questions or looking for information about the Varg features, since for many it is something new and they want to be informed.
I dont think they have 80.000 tickets about problems

I dont know the numbers sold in spain, i got VIN 16**, paid on 18 february, recieved on 25 april... now the wait time is only 1 week

Indeed I thought Germany may be 20-25% of euro sales, 50% is a lot but that will probably decrease for annual sales (if it is indeed related to difficulties in early launch phase, maybe some administrative issue was solved earlier in Germany than other countries?).

Some numbers I could find:
2022 MX sales in France (125 and over, from Officiel du cycle 3938, october 2023)
Screenshot_20250909-132029.png

2020 enduro sales (France):
3450 2T, 2830 4T (total 6280)

2021 enduro sales (France)
7304,
top manufacturers 1 KTM, 2 BETA, 3 SHERCO
best sellers 1 BETA RR300 Xtrainer, 2 KTM EXC 300, 3 EXC-F 350.

2025 1st semester (France), I don't write here numbers by big OEM where it's not possible to distinguish Enduro from street bikes

Sherco : 364
Zero Motorcycle : 162 (electric street bikes, no enduro)
Sur Ron : 97

Then some sales by models:
Cf Moto CF450 MT : 912
Sherco 300 SE-R Enduro : 89
Sherco 300 SEF Enduro : 69
Sherco 250 SE-R trial : 52
Sur Ron Ultra bee: 90
Sur Ron Storm bee: 7
Royal Enfield Himalayan 450: 610
Voge DS900X: 556
Voge 625 DSX : 539
Yamaha Ténéré 700: 1663
Zero Motorcycle S ZF 14.4 Trail : 43
Zero Motorcycle DS Trail : 35
Zero Motorcycle DSR ZF Trail : 19

Top selling Husqvarna was Norden 901 (122), top KTM was 125 Duke (326)

1000 Varg EX annual sales in large markets like Germany or France would be top or near the top of Enduro sales. Already topping Zero Motorcycles, Sherco...
Adventure bikes market will be a much bigger market.

Kaplan says he has sold 66 Vargs in a single month, sounds pretty good.
I wonder how his Varg sales compare to his KTM, Husky or Gasgas sales.

Here's something to celebrate: Stark recently passed the bar of making over 20 000 motorcycles.

These are production numbers, not sales numbers (it would be interesting to know this but it's much harder to get).

To put things into perspective Alta made about 1 000 motorcycles in 3 years.

This is all based on US VIN numbers so they've probably passed this bar some time ago. As of early November 25 I've seen VIN 12574 for MX and VIN 7277 for EX. That's 19 851 motorcycles to be precise, but US VIN probably lag about a month behind production VIN. Plus there is the incoming SM.

AFAIK, Stark made about 3 000 Varg MX in 2023, 7 000 Varg MX in 2024 and 2 000 MX1.2 in 2025 so far (cut off VIN between 2024 MX1.0 and 2025 MX1.2 is somewhere between 10600 and 11300). In the meantime, they've made over 7 000 EX (it's been announced in December 24 with first deliveries in March 25).
2025 production numbers should include SM but since deliveries have not started yet, I have not seen any VINs.

They'll probably make over 10 000 bikes in 2025 and with the new funding secured a couple months ago they should open new production lines for incoming street models.
