Makes sense for Germany. Very strickt rules on offroading, but quite a lott of ground. Not being heard is pretty much necessary.
Also the A1 crowd wich incluides 16 year olds and car drivers with some MC lessons love them.

In the Netherlands they sold just 63. They also make little sense here. Most Enduro events are fast, wide open, deep sand/mud and long. True battery drainers.

Also A1 is 18 here and only available with the full lessons and 2 exams.
