Where is the humidity sensor in the R pack?

I got an error 37 code. It's been there for a little while. When I fire up the multitool and look at the humidity sensor it starts counting down from 60 and the longer I have the bike on the lower it goes. I clear the code but it always comes back. This happened after a really cold race day. I brought the bike into the house to warm up and it started doing this code. I feared the worst because I had been up to the top of the frame in water a few times earlier on the year. But I opened the battery and everything was bone dry. No corrosion, no signs of any moisture intrusion at all. I'm guessing it's just a bad sensor. What kind can I do about it? Can I disable either physically or through the software? I am handy at replacing SMD components but I cannot identify the sensor on the board. There's a picture of the sensor on an A pack but it's not present on my R pack. Thanks!!

Try reloading the firmware. That worked for me. Cleared the code (which had been there for over 3 years). It ran fine with that code but after 3 years it failed to o charge due to high voltage isolation error. I didn’t replace any parts. I had everything disconnected to check the battery for moisture (none found)when everything was reconnected multitool reloaded the charge port controller firmware and everything’s been fine since.

Good info!! Thanks man. Where we ride there's a lot of water and a lot of mud I haven't had any issues yet with any of my machines, but I do keep everything full of dialectric grease and sealed up well!
