Won't turn on and no LED lights

Hey guys, we bought a used 2022 for my son a few weeks ago. It's been awesome, but after the last ride it wouldn't take a charge for some reason. Now it's dead and won't turn on. No lights will turn on either. Any ideas?

Contact Stark, warranty does transfer with ownership. Did it have very low SOC when you plugged it back?

Alright, so I get the Darwin award for the day. Started following wires and found the controller??? (buttons) we're disconnected. Battery is full and bike now turns on. I'm dumb...
