I have a Zero DS 2013.

It often won't start charging. When it does it will charge fully without issue.

When i connect it it will start blinking green on the dash, just like normal. However when it won't start charching it will blink green 3 times and then stop. After some time the red light will flash 10x. The 2014 manual (Zero does not share a 2013 manual, the bikes have diverent dashes etc) states: Miscellanious, contact dealer. As you might have guessed the dealers aren't of much help.

On the front of the battery there is a BMS indicator light. In standby/charching/run it al shows normal and no errors. State of charge is roughly that what the display says (it gives per 25% 1 extra light) so the issue doesn't seem to be in the battery or BMS. Also the BMS (according to the manual) will only shut-off above 55C and below 0C. At the moment we're about 10-15C so there shouldn't an issue.

It's all very cramped and tight in there so working/following cables is a bit hard. I tried disconnecting most connectors i could reach and used a liberal amount of contact spray in them.

On top of the charger below the seat i can see from top left to bottom right:
M1, M2, M3
B-, B+

M1/2/3 all give 11,6-12V when i connect to the 230V outlet.
B- is always 0V
B+ measures around 109V to B- when plugged in

Now comes the fun bit wich i really can't explain:
B- to Frame is always 0V.
B- to B+ is always a fairly consistent value around 109V and drop very slowly when charger is disconnected.
B+ to Frame is all over the place bounching tens of Volt up and down as fast as my multimeter can measure.

Don't mind the funny red cable, that's from the DC-DC converter to frame in parallel to the OEM one. I tought that one might be a poor conductor so i was trying to rule that one out. Didn't work.

The only really strange cable i could find is the 2 cut-off black ones on the bottom centre. THose come from a tiny connector on the CCU. Off course this is one of the connectors with an unreadable tag and Zero doesn't share things like wiring diagrams.

The link below is the manual i use:

Long story short, i'm looking for a bit of guidance here!
