The lower clamp is the same. The upper is 1mm wider from WP.

In mine (MX1.0) it does seem to work correctly. I can adjust it to 6,6 but it will not have an actual charge above 3.2.

Try rebooting the bike - I have ran into that problem a couple times. Sometimes the headlight won't work, sometimes the turn signals...
