I was able to log in with everything saved... it used my google account...

Same here, everything looks the same as it used to be before the glitch. I'm no computer wizard, but it's as if someone just switched off the computer for a few days and then powered it back up again.

Someone messed up your info when they entered it. Either the dealer wrote it down wrong or it was done wrong at the data entry point.

I had that same issue when I got my bike. I had to email someone at Alta to fix it on their end.
