Cake recently announced their new model- Bukk.
It's an almost (not quite) full size bike, 72v 50A battery.
Ohlins rear suspension and WP front.
Weighs 85 kg (Alta for reference is 120kg).
It has the unique Cake appearance without being weird looking like previous models.
I love its low weight. Very curious about this bike.

All 50 limited production units sold out within weeks of the announcement several months ago, most likely landed in private collections.
They were 15,000.00 dollars.
Cakes most complete design to date to be sure.

This looks pretty good. Replace that front fender and it will look like a mini-Alta.

What are the wheel sizes? I couldn't see any specs on their site.

...72v 50A battery.

Will note that the batter spec is 40Ah, not 50Ah (shows it on the side of the bike and in the specs)

72v x 40Ah = 2,880Wh (they round it to 2,9kWh).

I love the color and warming up to the looks on this one. Too bad it was a limited edition and is sold out. I like that they offered nice specs from the factory instead of playing the replace this and replace that game like on the various Surron models, but then, you can get the components you want rather than what the factory picks. But seems a waste to buy something new and immediately change out parts, so I like this.

Will draw comparisons on the new Surron Ultra Bee ($6,500) which seems about the same size and weight, but Ultra Bbee battery is about 25% more kWh. Bukk had MUCH better components. Ultra Bee leaves one $8,500 to do upgrades. So the tinkerer might gravitate towards the Ultra Bee while someone that wants good components right from the factory may lean Cake.

Wish I had time, room and money for all of them! Hop on a different bike every ride depending on the exact ride-of-the-day or just your mood. Ha.

My thoughts exactly. That's a high quality Ulta Bee, and hopefully even better suited for taller riders.
Ohlins, WP cone valve...everything seems top quality.

stop!!!!! it's butt ugly and that is all I can see! what is the problem with making an electric motorcycle look like a motorcycle? I understand futuristic looks for new technology but electric is not new technology and it's UGLY! riding an ugly bike is like fu@#%*g a fat chick...feels good until someone sees you.

Can't say I relate to the example given, but actually they nailed it with the Bukk. It's a good looking bike in my opinion, as opposed to their earlier models.

I like that Cake styles things a bit different. I come and go on the styling, but as more and more bikes are coming out it's nice to see some quirky, different looking brands/models. Why make a carbon copy of every other bike? Some will appreciate something that looks different than everything else. For those that don't, there are plenty of other choices and choices are nice. Same with boats, snowmobiles, ATVs, MTB, and pickups. Otherwise we'd all be driving the exact same standard cab, longbed, white base work pickup...and complaining there wasn't "anything different". Ha.

the production model was released. 2 versions are available - 13kw & 16kw.
customer can choose between 3 sets of suspension - basic, WP front & Ohlins rear, and WP both front & rear.
pricy, but high quality bike at 89 kg.

The are going to race some enduro races in europe, I bet they will put more agressive knobs but I think they will mantain the 19" front just for marketing
