New UK owner road legal gen 2

Amazing. Reading all of this just adds to the excitement. I will be getting mine either Thursday or Friday next week... Waaaaaah
Awesome mate, you'll love it. It is so easy to ride. I love mine 😇. Especially after softening the suspension. Just phenomenal

used 98 percent battery

I can perceive your happiness and that's awesome; just a piece of advice: if you can't avoid keeping the charge between the suggested 20% - 80% range -I don't either, it's at 100% when I enter the MX track- at least recharge a drained battery as soon as possible.
Now, in one of the local tracks where I go they rent a Varg and I noticed that the owner always keeps it charged to 100%. I told him that it's better to store it at 50% for the battery health but he told me that when a customer asks for a session he can't wait for the bike to recharge and so he always recharges to maximum and yet that bike still works. So, as a rider I met at the track once told me, being a professional in EV recharging field, it's not like you charge to 100% once or discharge to 2% once and that damages the battery, but the battery will degrade faster on the long run.

I have recharged it as soon as I got home. I know what you mean it should be easier to not charge to 100 percent when I'm at the venues and ride enduro, charging it at home to 100 percent. Might start using the bike differently with generator and van so that would be ideal and better. Appreciate your advice

Mate I haven't been this excited since I was 10 and got my first 85cc.. Thanks for the advice regarding the charging. I definitely think it's something to keep in mind.. wonder if batteries wil eventually be affordable to replace or as a spare.

The tubes are thinner than our black rubbish bags we use. Mine pinched itself because it kept moving inside the rim ahaha. Buy some bridgestone heavy duty tubes. Bigtyres have them in stock

I also changed the tires into trail tires for on and offroad use. Handguards for me look a little of place with the sleek design of the varg. I put on axle sliders and barends to give it the extra protection. bac3d on insta have them in store.

Where did you get those?

Been to a track yesterday it was a small mx track with an enduro loop close to Cambridge, had loads of fun, it was slippery and muddy. After riding 1 hour and 40 min in sessions of 15 to 20 min... I realised that I won't be using the generator... I have used only 30 percent battery and was nackered 😳🤩🤪

I think I will revalve the suspension after yesterday's session but will want to discuss this with the suspension specialists in the following weeks.

Good to hear your are enjoying it.. I am finding it rather difficult to deal with the wait ... He's delivering on Friday late morning hopefully..
