Just to answer some of the questions above:
I (Germany) received the bike 10 days after the first announced delivery date.
I always got an answer from their support, It was sometimes OK, sometimes not satisfying but I got an answer.
I received the invoice when I was asking for it and a few days after delivery I was able to download it.
I currently have problems with registration in my town and they made adjustment to the papers to help me out.
So all in all it's not too bad and I think you should be far from fearing to get nothing.
I'm not aligned with them in any way but I know that processes need time to stabilize for young companies
and for that I think they perform suprisingly well.
