Anybody in California received their bike yet or have had a shipping company call them? My Stark ETA is 4/27 and Ekho said I should hear from a shipping company within next few days. Still haven’t been able to complete last few paperwork steps
My ETA from stark was 4/17, ETA from Ekho was 4/14 and I heard from the logistics/shipping company on 4/23. The ship arrived last Friday (4/18) at the port in LA but it takes a few days to unload and as of 4/23 the port hadn't released the bikes to the warehouse for pickup. They said once the bikes are ready for pickup the delivery trucks are given 2 days to pick up the bikes and then 3 days to deliver them - at least for me because I'm also in LA. For me that means an expected delivery of some time next week but I'm not holding my breath because these things always take longer than you want. I am hoping for a call from the logistics company again soon to get a concrete delivery scheduled.

Both Stark and Ekho delivery dates have not changed from their original estimate which is in the past. I'm guessing they will only update that once the logistics company confirms a delivery date with them.

Email from Stark confirms timing above for west coast US deliveries:
Thank you for reaching out, and we're truly sorry for the uncertainty and the inconvenience this has caused you.

There have been some unexpected delays with the latest batch of bikes arriving in the U.S. However, the good news is that the containers have now reached the port, and we’re in the final stages of customs and clearance procedures. Once that is complete, we’ll begin deliveries right away.

Our hauler will be reaching out to you shortly to reschedule your delivery. Additionally, your updated estimated delivery date will be reflected in your Stark account.

Ekho hasn’t answered my calls for the last week and a half.

They did text this just yesterday: “Hey, We are still expecting the last week of April, so hopefully you receive a call from the shipping company in the next couple of days!”

It kinda seems like they might not even know where people’s bikes are located and are winging it.

The EX delay/delivery/registration/subscription app and their lack of communication is going to be studied at university in a couple of years as how NOT to launch a product...

Hmmmm, refer to their first product launch that started in December 2021, with delivery promises of late 2022, several announced delays, first actual deliveries (to media influencers only) in mid 2023, but most of us were late 2023, or well into 2024.
AND-we were promised virtual flywheel, power curve, and traction control adjustments, that we STILL don’t have.

Shipping company called me 4/23 to say my bike was at the port in long beach in customs and that they estimate a 5/4 delivery to NorCal. The Ecko website still says expected pickup date of 4/14 and no shipper specified. Obviously the site is not up to date.

Finally i got it yesterday along with my friend's, the bike is fucking incredible... no words... the only problem wich is relatively bad is that the rear wheel was punctured, I inflated it and deflated it in 5 minutes several times, otherwise everything is perfect

That’s weird, ask the ai from the website or the support from the phone

Mine only charged to 99% as well the first 2 times. I set the charger to 1kw to "trickle charge". Got to 100% and it's been good since.

Are you in Grand Canaria? I'll have to bring mine over next time I'm there and you can show me some good spots to ride!

i put it at 1kw too... i even try 10 different power settings and never reach 100%.

The bike is set to automatically starts a slow charge when it is at 99% and is about to reach 100%. It starts at 1kW and goes down to 0.3/0.2/0.1 and then the motorcycle and the phone turn off. My friend's did exactly that

Hmm, I'm not going to be any help then...

Been to Tenerife as well as GC and
Fuerteventura. Wife has family in GC, so done some island hopping a couple of times. She struggles with the heat though... Asturians!
