Beside the delivery SNAFU, I am more surprised with what by now looks like a failed launch of the new bike.
All that a casual observer can see is endless unboxings and the paywall for one of the key features.

They are slowly missing the 2025. Northern Latitudes riding season and potential customers for this year. And that's where the rich people live.

People following closely see a MX Varg deja vu all over again.
No $hit, I live near Phoenix and ordered 12/10, so far 3/1, 4/1, 4/17 now 6/1. I'm not very impressed. I am thrilled I didn't buy another KTM though.

My bike was supposed to be delivered 4/18. I have heard nothing since. I asked SAM to start a ticket to inform me what the expected date for delivery was. Was supposed to get a response in 24 hours. That was over a week ago. The website still says 4/18. I sympathize with the global issues happening right now, it is a mess. But holy cow guys, you could send a one sentence email updating us. It isn't hard.
After two weeks, they replied. They said "we'll let you know when it gets to the warehouse, sorry!" That's it. Glad I waited 2 weeks for the update!

Just got my phone called! Bike still on the ship in Los Angeles, but he said will be at the warehouse next Monday at the latest, 48 hours for pickup, then 6 business days for delivery… so he says worst case scenario May 16 for me!! 😆

Another one arrived at the dealer. Another 80HP. My 60HP was ordered earlier🤷‍♂️ I understand it from a business perspective. But it would have been better if this option wasn't available at the beginning.

My advice
DO NOT ORDER A BIKE OFF STARK DIRECTLY
I tried that. Paid in full they couldnt tell me after 2 weeks when i would get my bike so i cancelled my order
I was told delivered inside 6 days when I ordered the in stock model I wanted
Later i went to my local dealer midcoast moto nsw who hooked me up with no fuss
incompetent diabolical and from there expletives come to mind .

I don't understand, can you elaborate? Do dealers get more accurate information about ship arrival and unloading schedules or about logistics timing? Why would a delivery that takes an extra stop at a third party make things faster and more predictable?

It appears Stark has prioritised orders to dealers first. As this way they can send multiple bikes at once making the logistics easier. It up to what you want as a customer tho. There seems to be reports of some shady dealers trying to add a bunch of additional charges on. Some which are fair, like putting the bike together. I personally prefer to get the bike sent directly to me and put it together myself. Not to save a few bucks, but because I want to look over the bike in full anyway.

Some bigger dealers would probably get better information regarding shipping but it doesn't appear that way, seems everyone is getting the same lack of information.

The dealer priority is because they were informed by Stark ahead of the launch and were able to be the first to order. Not that it's helped them, as they are having the same issues as individual customers when it comes to answers...

Is your bike registered yet? So far I've received my CoC in the mail a week ago. Bike should be here early next week (it arrived in my city today). I'm hoping i get a CoN and invoice with the bike because I've been asking Stark for weeks for an invoice and don't have one yet.

I got the invoice by email the day before my bike arrived.
I do not have the CoC or CoN yet, waiting on a reply from Stark.
As I am UK I also need proof the tax has been paid (NOVA)

Still no registration... over a month now.

I actually had to put a complaint though using Spains Customer protection agency.
