My call (I’m in Utah) came from a local number. No tracking link, just asked what day i wanted and then said they’d deliver between 10-2:00
I was talking with the freight company two days ago and it was sounding like not till late next week for me here in AZ (700's vin).
30 mins ago the wife started yelling at me from upstairs about a big delivery truck outside. No warning, stark box starts rolling off the truck. Glad I was home to receive it.
The wait is over and the fun begins!!

I talked to the shipping company last week, he said it would be delivered by yesterday. Called them again and they said it is on a truck, but they don't know when the truck will get there. So I'm assuming next week. Kind of freaked me out, I called the dealer first and they said they have no emails about my bike and asked if maybe they were sending it to the wrong dealer. Confirmed with the shipping company it is going to the right place.

Nearly identical experience here. Heard from Stark it would be delivered Tuesday. Called dealer today and they said they "got a tracking link" but don't know where the bike is and won't share the link.

Received my EX today, San Francisco. Arrived in a perfect condition 
Once you get through Starks SAM bot and onto emails, you are talking to a real person... They just aren't trained very well in customer service and will constantly give vague and sometimes contradicting answers.

Received my bike yesterday! They forgot to put a horn in the box, gave me two of the same blinker brackets (not one for each side) and i can’t find a video from stark on how to install the rear hand brake (but there’s a good YouTube video that i think has it figured out). Other than that, beautiful bike. Can’t wait to ride

Vague and contradictory is exactly what I'm getting, and I'm not even asking anything out of the ordinary.
If I wasn't familiar with the brand and the product I'd be turning away as if from a base scam.
Whats the betting that the EX isn't actually road legal in Montenegro? Reason I say this is the EX wasn't even legal in Spain until, IIRC the 10th April. 10 days after I received mine. It then took Stark a further 25 days to sort my paperwork.

Either way, I'd look into local laws to see if you can force their hand.
