Anyone successfully register/tag an MX after rigging up lights and mirrors, maybe with some of the EX parts? I'm in SC and heard it's generally not too hard to register bikes.
I have the MSO, and nothing says "offroad use only".

I'm in Ohio, and the BMV issued me a regular motorcycle title, because just as you said, no mention of "off-road."
No inspection was required, and I never added lights.
