Stark My Gen 1.0 warranty is over...or is it.

According to Stark my 2 year warranty period ended on 10 February 2026 but my Stark phone app says the warranty is still "Active".

Anyone have a clue of what this means?

If your phone has a later warranty date, send a photo of it to Stark, and they will honor it. They tried to tell me I was out of warranty, until I sent them a picture of the warranty expiration date from the phone.
And then they honored my warranty claim.

Are they still offering to extend the warranties ? I know I got an email when my was about 15 mos into it

Not sure but according to Sam the AI agent at Stark the extended warranty is not available in the US.

Prompt: Does Stark still offer extended warranties?
"Yes, Stark Future still offers an Extended Warranty in eligible countries, but it is currently not available in the United States (and Canada) due to legal limitations."

Well, not going to lie, this sucks. I definitely enjoy the bike and was planning on keeping it and just extending the warranty for 2 more years. Mine has around 75 hours on it now, and I did have to get the gen 2 replacement done around 65 hours. My son’s is around the 60 hour mark now and is still going with the gen 1 set up.

So I definitely want to keep the warranties in place
