yea the adapter bracket is quite thick. Removing material from that is probably the best way to do it to be honest, now my front wheel is 1mm off centre 🤷♂️
Thanks for sharing mate. Great edit, I really enjoyed how you reversed the crash and then made the corner :D
I found that when I installed a 320 disc at the front my caliper began to rub because the new disc was 4.5mm compared to the stock 3.2mm. I ended up making my own 1mm spacer. This was...
I've never tried this method, great that it worked for you. I've always just injected brake fluid from the caliper and caught any overflow from the reservoir. Air bubbles will naturally want to move up.
The modes should be saved to the bike if you save them with an active bluetooth connection. HP doesn't directly affect max speed.
You could test this easily with different HP/regen levels. I'll try myself sometime.
map 1: 10hp zero regen
map 2: 10hp 100% regen
map 3: 80hp zero regen
map 4: 80hp...
Great job!
I'm really interested in the speedometer based on the gear ratio. As I've changed the gearing of my bike for both my dirt wheels and SM wheels, it would be nice to know what my speed is instead of guessing based on a percentage change I've roughly calculated.
Is this a feature that's...
2 things. The front brake is a double piston, and its clamping on a 260mm disc as opposed to a 220.
Unless you upgrade the rear disc or caliper you won't get the same braking force as the front brake. I'd suggest increasing regen if you want more braking in the rear.
I modified it myself by looping out on some wheelies at the MX track. I just drilled some holes and screwed the bracket into whats remaining of the lip under the tail light
Got some Haan wheels in black and gold. Hoping i can get some black plastics eventually. Mine gets about 1% battery per kilometer at 50-90km per hour speeds on my daily commute and get home with 50%. On dirt I can ride it to the track, doing a bunch of training laps over a few hours then ride it...
Anton suggested to me that this was a legal issue. I know its required to drive with lights in Europe, but surely they don't have to be always on. I could turn off headlights on all my other bikes.
What issues have you had with your bike Mark that haven't been resolved?
And sure, by all means keep the bike and keep complaining. Its bringing negativity and frustration into your life not mine.
