Extended warranty terms and conditions, Have a good read!

I almost went ahead but decided to read the terms and conditions.

"Claim Limits:​

• Each individual claim is limited to the motorcycle's original purchase price.
• The total value of all claims under the factory warranty and the Extended Warranty Plan cannot exceed the original purchase price. "

My claims are almost up to the cost of the bike so rules me out but they would have taken my £850

This is a concern.......

"General Exclusions:​

Damage or failures resulting from participation in racing,"

As is "Stark Future reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue the Extended Warranty Program at any time."

These are pretty standard exclusions for the automotive industry.

How is that value made up. Their cost price or my replacement price? Is a battery €3000 like in the store or whatever it costs them?
