I think if there truly was a cold solder/epoxy product that was low resistance enough, that could be the best reasonable avenue. I have a feeling though it would not be the miracle product we would like. Any mechanical contact type repair has the potential to be jarred loose and do all sorts...

Ironically I was recently alerted of the first occurrence that I am aware of where a code 37 was triggered in a battery that actually had a moisture issue. The results were not good. I would say that particular situation was the exception, but I wouldn’t immediately right off the possibility...

Maybe a little background info would be prudent here. We have a lot of smart and capable people here that can help if you have an inoperable bike. To date I don’t know of any bike that had to be given up on.

We were at that track owners new track “MX23 Unleashed” for our first time out over the weekend and it was also very full, not as bad as that track but very full for this track. Everyone is itching to ride!

On the dash tab, module 4 is .34v lower than module 2. That’s close to the threshold where it kicks the imbalance code.

You can also reinforce the stock brace and it will likely take what most owners throw at it. I did the KTM mod but honestly like the Honda fenders better too. I wonder if the red KTM’s use the same mold as the orange ones, or if they did something slightly different like the white ones?:unsure::p
