Mine has been sounding a lot louder lately also. I will wiggle the pinion gear and see if there is play. Does liquid have the bearings? I have the tool to remove the gear.

I second this. Not running the pro valving but even with B rider valving I have had no issue on large jumps with RaceTech gold valves.
