Got the bike back together last night. I tell you what, guys. Even if you ride as slow as I do, a revalve on the MX is a MUST DO. The landings are nowhere near as harsh, it launches in the air much better, and if I case a jump, it doesn’t try to buck me over the handlebars.

I finally got around to doing something. I’m sending my suspension to EVO Industries, since they have a shop on the eastern side of the country, I’m giving them a shot.

Would be cool to see a reverse gear type setting. Can a simple reverse polarity of the motor be programmed?

Try a wider wheel/tire that 450 bikes use. The Altas use 250f sized rear tires.

I had been trying to find someone local who can do suspension revalves to no avail, till you mentioned Kreft Moto. Though not local, looking at their site, they seem to make it an easy process. I guess it'd be better to call them directly since their rider info form doesn't have Alta listed?

I somewhat doubt loss of battery longevity is going to be noticeable until these bikes get a ton of miles and ride time on them. So far, my '18 MX is at 150 miles and no way I can tell at the moment. I do wonder though if fully charging it right after riding, and letting it sit for 6 or 7 days...

Should I try a slightly higher rear sag as well?

Ugh closest shop is a couple hundred miles away. Would they need the entire bike or does it work alright for them just having the forks and rear shock?

I have no clue how to work on forks & shocks so my best bet would be to call around for shops that specialize in it. Is it better if I try a local KTM dealer first? I live in NC just south of Hampton Roads VA area.
