    Dust Moto

Looks like its Ultra Bee sized, like a 7/8 size dirt bike. Question is, does it have $3500 more performance, quality, and company longevity/viability then the Ultra Bee?

TAKEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alpha Now only $10,900 OTD

Really? With no 6 speed transmission? Lame, lol (forgive the off-topic post but I could not resist). Back to the Varg, agree with the early adopter sentiment, has its rewards as well as risks. I'm still on the sidelines waiting for a 240 lb-er from one of the major OEM's, or Stark in a year or...

    2025 KTM Freeride E

This latest iteration of the Freeride e is a disappointment to me (again), but not a surprise. Where is my high performance, high quality, 240 lb or less, 50+ miles range, e-dirt bike? And yes I know the Freeride e is not intended to be that bike. Still waiting...

    '24 hour Starvation Ridge team

Not sure if you've raced the 24 hr before, but its pretty fast and flowy for most of it, so 20 miles at a fast pace on the Ultra Bee might be cutting it close. Some years the laps are less then 20 miles (18?) so that would help.

    Surron Hyper Bee Mini Bike

    Agreed, looks like 14/12” wheels.

HadesOmega x Light Bee VS Donner Hare Scramble 2024 C Senior Class Last Race

Wow, sorry to hear about that interaction with Garrahan. Some people go out of their way to be dicks. I don't understand it. But good job for getting out there on your e-dirt bike, don't let the haters slow you down.

    Surron Hyper Bee Mini Bike

New Surron Hyper Bee mini bike coming soon, not much detail in the vid, but looks interesting. 12/10" wheels. Engine is mounted with the shaft in-line with the bike, Moto Guzzi/BMW style, uses a "final drive" differential type setup to transfer the power to chain drive. Not sure why they would...

    Can-Am Electric Motorcycles

Can't watch 2 seconds of that guy. The Andy Rooney of the new century, lol. And those Can Am's, not very impressive and spendy. Will be interesting to see if they sell in any quantity, I predict not.

General Looking for a bike for my wife

I would be looking into a Sur Ron Ultra Bee for her. 3 power modes, 195 lbs or so I think. Very easy bike to ride, minimal maintenance. Can rip on the S power mode. Also has a throttle sensitivity selector, so it can be tamed down or spiced up even further. And of course its quiet, perfect for a...

    Tunability - Subscription or Deception

Thanks, but besides all the things I mentioned above, its really about the weight for me. I loved my Alta MXR, except for the weight of it. I'm sure I would love a Varg, except for the weight of it. I have a buddy that just got a Varg and I'm sure I'll get a spin on it one of these days (dealing...

    Tunability - Subscription or Deception

I'm with Beardy on this one, the Vargs roll out has been a bit messy, the communications have been lacking. I don't have it all documented, but I put in my deposit within the first 3 weeks, my understanding then if memory serves, was 5 ride modes included with the bike. I don't recall those ride...

3 issues with my Stark Varg in 1 week.

Just speculating here, but shipping a battery of unknown condition seems like a big risk, not even sure the carriers would allow it on their trucks, ships, planes, etc. Not to mention the high cost to get it back to Spain to have it checked out. Not sure how much remote visibility Stark has into...

    Stark Varg Sound Maker ?

My buddies pranked a friend who was racing his brand new Varg at Washougal for a NORCS off road race (I don't have any info on how the Varg did, sorry). He raced it like this, Lol.

    Battery price

Stark should come up with a solution to charge their battery while the battery if off the bike, even if they don't sell it to customers now, its a no-brainer. Hopefully someone will step up with a solution if Stark doesn't offer one, lots of enterprising people out there. And that battery...

Owner's Review Stark Varg vs Alta MXR

Yes of course. My post was not to suggest people should choose an Alta over a Varg, rather for folks that are considering buying a Varg, its just another riding impression that people here could relate to since so many are familiar with the Alta.

Owner's Review Stark Varg vs Alta MXR

Interesting Alta MXR vs Stark Varg comments from my friend who bought my '18 Alta MXR from me, I bumped into him at my club property and he told me that he had recently ridden another buddy's Varg. He said the Varg is great, but that he didn't feel that it is much better then the Alta. He said...

Where Can Your Race On Your Stark

I was exhausted just from watching the foot race at the start. Then I got more exhausted watching the riding in that terrain, Lol.

Stark Electric Bikes needed for 'Arctic Sea Ice Monitoring Terminal Deployment' programme.

UBCO has been selling their 2 wheel drive utility bikes for a few years now and they have a good reputation. I would contact them and see if they think their bikes would be suitable for your purposes. UBCO 2x2 Electric Bike They show batteries for sale (and lots of accessories) on their...
