    I had the same issue everyone else is having, plug in charger and no fan running and no charge. I left it in for an hour or so and actually lost about 11%!     Firmware not updating

    I'm having the exact same issue and sent it to Stark with the support ticket this morning. There is no "update button", the updates get applied automatically. Right now, our bikes and phones think they have the latest updates. I also had a problem with my charger so they are sending me a new one.

    varg charger keeps showing a blue light after plugging it in, and the phone also shows that the bike is charging. But actually there is no charge

    I had the same issue on a brand-new bike that I received Monday. Charger would not operate so I had to borrow a friend's charger. No issue charging with his. Stark is sending me a new charger..
