    Charge from RV Lithium's

That's about 3.6kwh of capacity, so half a charge after inverter / charger losses?

    Stark actually profitable... kinda

Alta got shafted by HD, they didn't fail from natural causes.

Rear hand brake - major fading, solution??

EBC pads have the compound right in the PN. https://www.ebcbrakes.com/motorbike/usa/STARK/Varg MX/ Front / Rear FA181X / FA368X - Organic compound FA181R / FA368R - Sintered 'R' compound, not quite as aggro as their 'HH' sintered, standard 'dirt' offering MXS181 / MXS368 - MX specific aggro...

Wanyifa Pre-Drilled Titanium Caliper Bolts (Redshift SM)

It's when they stay in for awhile that the bad thing can start happening. Also, it doesn't take much antiseize to do the job, just a dab, otherwise your bike, garage, clothes, everything will have a coppery sparkle you can never get rid of. :D

Wanyifa Pre-Drilled Titanium Caliper Bolts (Redshift SM)

Use a little antiseize on those FYI, you don't want that titanium deciding to gall in the aluminum casting.

    Battery Cooling

IIRC the Stark's coolant loop only handles the inverter?

    Battery Cooling

I'd rule out Peltier, you're just burning KWh to inefficiently move heat. Yeah, they can create a temp delta in a small space, but it costs a fat whack of DC to do so, and to move any significant BTUs it takes a TON. If you're talking cooling during charging, space shouldn't be THAT big a...

Varg Down on power - Thermal Limiting

Air cooling only ever worked 'ok'. If you had those motors pumping out the same HP per CC modern liquid cooled animals are pushing they'd be melting down left and right. (Ignoring that you couldn't build them to the same tolerances as liquid cooled motors 'cause of the thermals...)

    Stark Varg Sound Maker ?

His basic position is: Separate but equal He doesn't want to see a straight up fight between gassers and EVs and danced HARD around it.

Maine - Any roadblocks or smooth sailing?

Somewhere in the chain there has been a problem with sourcing that foot brake setup, ETAs have been given and broken, whatever. I was just given the option to just take the bike as is and when a foot brake shows up deal with that detail then. Meanwhile my road racing expenses ballooned on me...

    Varg - Gear Oil Change

Given the alignment needing to be accurate on one end of that shaft, I'm kinda surprised Stark hasn't gone to tapered bearings at each end with set preload? KTM RFS motors being used for sumo ended up making a similar change from a roller and ball setup to tapered with preload to survive side...

    Varg - Gear Oil Change

That big roller bearing on the sprocket side of the output shaft is an interesting choice, I think every bike I've ever dealt with had a ball bearing there? Primary side is an unsealed ball bearing, can't tell if that's a drain hole to the main cavity on the primary end of the shaft bore or...

    Dealership delivery

I'm... teetering on just saying forget it... my other racing is eating at my wallet and time, desire to take on a new big spend is evaporating.

    Dealership delivery

Meanwhile... my bike still sits at the dealership, transferred to me already supposedly, but still waiting for Stark to deliver a foot brake...

    Supermoto Fork and Axle Sliders

A set of Toxic Moto universal axle slides should work, or a set of the SLIDEmoto 'street' ones for a 22 KTM 450 SXF should likely work as well? Toxic shows the Street sliders as available for the Varg.

New mod today - Added Stark LHRB

Good news for those in the US, at MOST Stark can only refuse warranty on things they can prove the mod damaged, aka the rear brake system.

The big Stark Varg supermoto information topic

Depending on the track, pace, etc you don't HAVE to go all in with radial mount fork bottoms, etc... A stock MX brake will go a decent ways, if you're not warping rotors or melting pads skip the spend to start? If I can ever GET my bike, I'll document the details of converting.

    RaceTorx dual rear brake kit

If you go with regen based brakes, you have to have a state of charge and battery temp that can accept the inrush at any given time. Hybrid / EV cars get around this by also having mechanical brakes as a fallback and will use them when a burst back to the battery isn't good. (Or you tickle...

    Dealership delivery

WOW, they're estimating 7yr loans, on a dirt bike?! 12% interest... I suspect this has been in the works for a bit given my dealer order got sourced from already in the US inventory, possibly from a different dealer, based on the low 4k VIN?

Maine - Any roadblocks or smooth sailing?

Just waiting on the foot brake setup... fortunately I'm busy this weekend racing my Buell so I actually CAN be patient for once.
