It's definitely cool to see and hear everyone's race reports! I think that's the best way to get these bikes into the mainstream mx scene...My Alta has been drawing crowds at the races (you almost feel like a celebrity answering everybody's questions lol) it definitely makes other racers nervous...

Personally I run Mobil 1 75-90 full synthetic and I've been changing the oil every 20 hours give or take...but I'm a heavier rider that competitively rides/races on a track 99% of the time...sure it's Overkill but at 2.7 ounces an oil change a quart of oil goes a long way...

I would recommend the mxr... You get alot more for your money (top of the line suspension, better battery performance as you already mentioned, also another 10 hp) the mxr will hang with 450s easily and if you're going to be riding on a track the suspension upgrade alone is worth the price...

Figured it out... apparently my wife's Fitbit is called Alta (I didn't know lol) and she was messing with her Bluetooth on her phone (so when it disconnected from her phone it showed up available on mine)... I apologize everybody it must of just been the right timing that she was messing with...

It was disappearing when I turned the bike off and it came back on when I turned the bike on (throttle live) but now my phone is showing it all the time...

If no one else can get a signal I'm going to assume a neighbor must have something named Alta that's Bluetooth...

Maybe I'm picking up a neighbor's Bluetooth???

Long pressing does nothing... It's now popping up with the bike off as well... Hmm

It adds to my paired devices but doesn't show that it's connected

I could be wrong...I can't connect to it when I click on it...

The option disappears when I turn the bike off so I'm positive it's from the bike...

It happened totally by accident! I bought a new set of Bluetooth headphones and was trying to connect them when I discovered Alta as a choice... But it only becomes available if the key is on and the throttle is live (green flashing light)...
