    Freeride electric rear shock

Much like ours then, battery removal is not a big job I am told they change it with a nut gun in seconds in a "pit stop"

    Mudflap rubbed swinging arm.

I see, thanks for putting the effort in. I think what has happened is the spacer has come out a few mm with the bolt, if I was just to turn the bolt around and push the spacer back in with the wide end of the bolt the swingarm would just pull out.

    Freeride electric rear shock

Is this the new version or the older one that has been around for years?

    £8,130. how does that work!

    Mudflap rubbed swinging arm.

My swinging arm has slightly raised areas in line with the outer edges of the mud flap where there are slight rub marks which looks intended but the center area does not look right. I am assuming the rubbed area is hollow which is why I am concerned, if it were a big solid lump I would not be...

    Mudflap rubbed swinging arm.

Yes seen it before on other bikes and much like the side panel rubs the shock reservoir. Makes it worse on the stark because it is much more ridgid than other bikes and ribbed causing these grooves, I dare bet others have it just difficult to see because the tyre is very close I only saw it...

    Mudflap rubbed swinging arm.

Mudflap seems too stiff and the ribs at the back have rubbed away some of the alloy, maybe not helped by the fact an 18 inch tyre is very close to the mud flap.

Post here your Stark Varg issues (or not!)

Seen a few have had that message, must be a general thing my issue turned out to be the drivetrain. Not great mileage, 18 miles and well in to the limp mode at that.

Stark varg support is the worst

You would need a hell of a lot of patience to fix what is clearly an electrical issue of some kind with a shaft and gears.

Stark varg support is the worst

The time my stark was totally dead it was the VCU, stark told me this quite quickly and sent me another which had rubber mounts instead of being solid mounted, might be worth suggesting this to them because a guy the other day had stark tell him the drivetrain was the problem but he read someone...

Stark varg support is the worst

But no one in the right mind is going to buy a Piston. rod, crank. cams, crank cases, clutch, complete gearbox, any many other mechanical parts to fix an electrical issue are they? The stark drivetrain bolts together much like an engine, what is wrong with pulling it apart replace the faulty...

NEW! STARK VARG EX is here!

As I said before hardly used it at first but once the weather picked up it got daily use in the field/track we have behind our house, I think it was about 30 hours before we started having major issues. Believe me I was one of the people saying the stark has next to no running costs compared to...

NEW! STARK VARG EX is here!

Yes it seems some see enduro as what others would call trials on an enduro bike, made me think a few years ago I took my 3 kids to a trials practice area on trials bikes. I was not bothered but just took our Freeride electric to save me walking, I was suprised how long the battery lasted riding...

NEW! STARK VARG EX is here!

🤣 You on comission? You forgot to mention on many of these events they have a team of mechanics armed with battery nut guns to change the £2700 battery sometimes multiple times in an event. You could not do that in a proper UK or even worldwide FIM timecard enduro because only the rider can work...

NEW! STARK VARG EX is here!

" On paper, the EX is perfect for my intended use. Range is not a concern since even my longest rides are no more than one tank of fuel: ~90km / 3h." Well that confirms it, people are actully falling for what the salesmen tell them although he does say "on paper" which gives a glimmer of hope...

Stark varg support is the worst

I share your frustration, seems much like me you tell it as it is. I think it right to let others who might be considering buying a product I have got, how ownership is going, good, bad or indifferent but some just can not accept it I assume they think you are some kind of influancer for...

AMA and Electric Motorcycles in AMA races

"Well they're actually backtracking, banning electrics from series they were racing last year which doesn't really make sense to me." My guess is they listened to the claims stark made on range but when they saw the range was about half and they were left with out of charge starks littering the...

NEW! STARK VARG EX is here!

I would think most riders of current enduro bikes will find the stark enduro useless because of range (less than half maybe a third with the bigger standard enduro tanks) and the fact the current ice enduro bikes can refuel in seconds at any fuel station or pit stop. The stark will take at best...
