SX tour are typically 10 min races, 4 rounds outdoor then 6 nights indoor (3 double night events including Paris SX of course). Some french riders are doing 25 min outdoors but regional level, not elite. Edit: Thomas Do said he had a lighter battery for the last 2 rounds in SX tour. Important...

Technically it's perfectly doable to go liquid cooled for intense use as Ducati did with its 150 hp MotoE with 18 kWh battery (made of 1152 "21700" cells). Maybe the extra weight would be worth it for road legal Supermoto ?

That and Supermoto on long tracks when you can keep it pinned for long will be terrible for this. I wonder if they have a way to address this for the incoming Supermoto Varg?

These guys are among the fastest pro sand racers (Touquet), I think the first ride was fine then it got issues for the second run. Then the guy making the video (average rider) was able to do an entire sand race the next day or so without problem so this shows it's definitely not suited for pro...

Sounds like the issues you encountered had already been reported here, there had been a flurry of hardware issues and it gets covered under warranty, your best bet is to contact Stark customer service.

This is quite interesting, and it makes sense from their point of view to cater to OEM fears and slow down everything. Just don't see the logic for preventing electrics amateur racing? In the meantime, things are heating up where federations and organizers are freeer from OEM...

Just surprised I have not really seen many riders witnessing thermal limitation before. In fact here is the only one I can think of: Wrapping ice or spraying water on the battery between motos should help, just not sure if that's really convenient 🤔
