I just realized that the battery removal and installation, even on our current Altas, could have been made a lot more quick swap-friendly. Right now you have to remove 6 dirty and hidden bolts from underneath the bike, then 5 visible and cleaner bolts from the sides of the bike. Then 2...

The best "push the dead bike home mode" has been to remove the chain lock. I had to do it once. Very quiet and the bike rolls a lot better!
