I made some mods to my shrouds to make them more comfy on my knees than the stock, sea-urchin shrouds. They have the added benefit of improving grip, but they do tend to whistle a bit at high speeds. And I'm going through riding pants and knee braces like gangbusters, though.

Sweet. We just NEED to find a way to get those repro'd somehow. The stock ones look cool and everything, but they are about as comfy as cheese graters on the old knees!

Also wanted to note that BMW Motorcycles of SF has a couple onboard chargers left too. Or at least they did this morning before the AOF descended upon them.

Just as an observation, my SOC numbers are almost identical to @F451 . I typically ride for about 15 miles at a time, using about 1/4 to 1/3 of my battery. But keep in mind I'm riding like a timid 6 year old girl with training wheels on, mostly map 1 with occasional crazy forays into map 2...
