This is probably due to them having maybe 10,000 bikes out in the wild now as opposed to a few thousand. And most of the team focused on getting deliveries out of the door. Hopefully they increase the amount of man hours on their support team as time goes on.

I agree. The weight is fine too. Bike feels lighter than my last 250 and is certainly lighter than my last 450F. If you're having trouble with its weight, get stronger or stop falling off :D

The weight of the bike is fine for a full size dirt bike. For smaller, lighter riders maybe a mid size bike would be better.

Yea there was an unboxing QR code. The varg app leads you to manuals etc on the phone. I printed off one of the PDF manuals when they uploaded it a few months ago just to have a hard copy but find i've been using my phone mostly to browse through the different documents/videos.

Install Strava on the Arkenstone, start it logging a ride. You can then either split screen it with the HUD or let it run in the background and app switch to it when you stop.

Keep us posted. I'm interested in a light weight portable charger (can be low 1kW). I'd be super interested if someone made a ccs type 2 cable that communicated with the bikes BMS to fast charge it without the need to carry a charger.
