Wow, some bikes top out at 50 while other top out at 70. I sure hope the differences are due to tire/sprocket changes. Is rider weight a factor?

I like the way you think TC. Aside from dreaming about more range from a bigger battery pack, this looks to be a way to increase usable range just by selecting the right ratio for the type of riding. I'll "sticky" this post in my head for sure!

I know Alta has to balance how aggressive their wheel spin software control is, but it seems like a bit more tweaking could limit some of the wheel spin while still allowing power slides etc. I imagine that would be a great candidate for user adjustment.
