    Pics from the AIMExpo show

Scantily clad female models are nowhere to be seen this year. Has the PC culture already spread all through the heartland?

Gauging Interest East Coast All Electric MX Race

Pencil me in for at least one of those events. It's a 7-hour drive for me, or a 6-hour drive through Canada, but I've driven to Western NY twice last year and both times were awesome! Thank you, Matt.

    Range and Range Comparison

I also noticed that while leisurely trail riding my MXR together with a bunch of MX and EX bikes I was running out of battery way sooner than others. Need to mention though that the trails were familiar to all but me, so I didn't have the same easy flow going as others did and had to push...

DIY LHRB that retains the foot brake

More aggressive brake pads go exist, but they are likely to make it harder to modulate the rear brake. I tried this route on the front brake of my '95 CR250 and ended up eating dirt a couple of times. The stuff that works well are larger rotors or larger brake calipers. @Mark911 installed a...

DIY LHRB that retains the foot brake

I like the idea. Where can I buy this bolt with a nipple? Is it the same bolt as on the Brembo rear caliper? However, I do not believe that a firmer brake lever would result in a lower effort. Less work -- yes. But the maximum force does not change if there is some sponginess in the system...

Certainly! Thank you for offering to share your work with the forum. Uploading small CAD files -- ZIP them and upload them as ZIP files. Uploading LARGE CAD files -- Save them to your Google Drive and then share the link to them. The file size is limited by your Google Drive -- 100 GB.

These are probably just power cords to charge the SM through its on-board charger.

    Inverter Charger Question

You can make this work in several different ways. If you do not need fast charging at 240V, then a 2kW 110V inverter will work. Make sure to buy a pure sine wave inverter. It should charge your Alta quicker and you will be able to use TVs, microwaves and coffee machines with it. Batteries are...

    Map switch..... where to buy?

Weird! I ordered a couple of these switches from Amazon and the order got canceled too. I think they then asked for the make and model of my bike and of course they didnt know nothing about Alta.

Alta Cross Country Race Pacer Vehicle

I do not understand why anyone would choose to run behind when you can ride up front. :ricky:

    New graphics

You can use a thin 3M vinyl. It is super stretchy and sticks with no bubbles. @OneLapper has wrapped his whole bike with it. Maybe he could share the part number or an Amazon link?

    New graphics

I like the black subframe. Looks stealthy! The black color really accentuates the Alta's design with its minimalistic rear subframe the only function of which is to hold the seat and the rear fender. There is nothing else there, and the black color shows it very well.
