I'm not sure i'd want to run that. Without an actual damper, wouldn't it just oscillate back and forth and sort of induce a swap? Also, a coil spring would make it more difficult to turn the bars as the further you turn, the harder it gets. An actual damper limits the rate of steering angle...

The balance procedure supposedly applies a load to higher P-groups to level them down with the rest. We are suspecting that load is coming from the water pump.

Once balancing is complete, the charger shuts off, as does the bike (after the timeout period). Balancing occurs at the end of the charging cycle.

The specs claims it has a rear "Adjustable Mono Air Absorber" , but it's clearly a coil spring. The front is listed as "Adjustable Up-Side-Down Absorber (φ47mm, Stroke 290mm)". I'm willing to bet they are just chinese knockoff components.

On the assembly line (as i've been told), the batteries were picked for the bikes from a pool of complete battery packs. So the VIN# of the frame is not quite directly linked to the problem packs, because VIN 491 could have battery pack 260, while VIN 492 could have pack 400. The problem packs...

Yikes. This might be the first 2019 EXR with code 36. Can you share what serial number your battery is? It's on a barcode sticker on the rearward upper part of the battery pack.
