Exactly. All road-going vehicles need registration and insurance. AFAIK, only Montana would give you a plate but not require insurance for a dirt bike. But if they want you to pay annual registration, then they have to give you a plate. Else, what's the point of having a registration? A title...

They seem to have shortened the suspension though to 300mm of travel, both front and rear. I am not sure what the deal with this is. Is the regular MX suspension travel too long for some riders?
